CLAPHAM LEAF CLUB
Clapham Leaf Club began in 2010 when all pupils from Clapham Manor Primary School were given one seed each to grow into an edible plant to sell at the Market’s Grand Finale. Today the project works with pupils across Clapham‘s primary schools helping them to learn all aspects of growing food from seed.

Each July the Market celebrates the summer harvest by holding a Grand Finale. The Finale helps raising funds for their School programme. All participating schools stand side by side selling the plants they’ve grown from seed and recipes made from their harvest. Everyone’s a winner..
There was an abundance of edible plants from the schools’ summer harvests. A humongous effort from the pupils, teachers, parents and volunteers making this project a success. A big thanks to everyone involved.
Participating schools: Bonneville, Clapham Manor, Heathbrook, St Mary’s RC
