Food traders wanting to apply, please download our Application Form, Terms & Conditions and the Lambeth Questionnaire below and forward to the Market at the email below, along with your food trading documents ie Public & Employers Liability; local authority registration/food hygiene rating (levels 4 or 5); food safety certificates; Food Safety, H&S and Fire Risk Assessments (dated and signed), PAT or Corgi gas certificate (if necessary) and Allergen list.

All applications must include a full product list/menu, price list and a list of ingredients including where the produce is sourced from. Allergen lists must be included for all pre-packed foods. Without these documents, applications will not be considered.

Makers wanting to apply, please download the Application Form and Terms & Conditions only (please do not complete the Questionnaire), and forward to the Market along with a copy of your current insurance.
