New traders wanting to apply please download our application form, terms & conditions and Lambeth Questionnaire (see below) and forward to the email address above. The Questionnaire must also be sent to the Lambeth address on the reverse of the form.

All applications must include a full product list/menu, price list and a list of ingredients including where the produce is sourced from. They must also include your public liability, a food hygiene, risk sssessment, local authority registration and PAT and gas certification (if necessary). Without these documents, applications will not be considered.
